Dear Mr Morad,

We are pleased to advise that we have received notification of your incoming shipment. The origin agent has asked us
to provide you with destination services and we look forward to assisting you in this process.

As you are aware, it is necesssary for the goods to first be processed through Customs and Quarantine before the
shipment can be delivered to your residence. Please find enclosed documents that require your completion as
indicated by an "X" in the box, and are to be returned as soon as possible to enable smooth processing of Customs
and Quarantine Procedures.

If we are unable to clear your shipment due to lack of documentation, bonded storage will apply at a rate of AUD12.00
per cbm and per week, therefore please ensure documentation is received at the very latest on the day of arrival of the
vessel at port.

A passport copy and visa, if applicable, of all members of the family declared on the B534

Vehicle Registration and Insurance documentation

Payment , if applicable, should be returned with the completed documents and can be made by cheque or should you
prefer. We do accept Visa, Bankcard and Mastercard. Please note we DO NOT accept Cash Upon Delivery.

ALL personal and household effects, vehicles entering the country are subject to a Quarantine Inspection. Please
check your removal contract as examination fees and any further costs as a result of treatment, (ie. Steam cleaning,
fumigation) are generally an exclusion to your removal contract.

If you are not ready to take collection of your effects immediately please contact our office for a storage quotation.
Otherwise, please ensure you send us back the attached letter of instruction and delivery access form for a smooth
delivery once the shipment clears.
