- Present basic words of legends
- Ask ss to help me define each one of the words
- Ask ss to get together in teams and write an example of
each one of the words in the list
- Check work
- Ask ss to pass in front and share with the group their
examples
- Review the vocabulary
- Divide the group into 5 teams, hand out a copy of one of
the legends to each one of the members in the team.
- Ask ss to read the legend and together with their teams
comment the meaning of the story. Use the dictionary and
underline the unknown words.
- Ask the team to pass in fron and explain the story to the
classmates.
- Ask ss to keep the story for the next class
- Review words
- Write short paragraphs os different stories and ask ss to
define it with the correct terms
- Ask ss to take out the story and highlight with colors the
different parts of the story
- Then ask ss to share with the group
