MORTABOND Premium Tile Adhesive

Is an advanced technology German formulation cement based thin bed tile bonding adhesive with high UV resistance using selected high quality
silica sand as fillers with excellent bonding and better workability for easy application, both interior and extrior. It is suitable for fixing of tiling
work, ceramic, mosaic, granite tiles, etc. concrete walls and floors,suitable as Grout Joint for pre-cast concrete wall and slabs, for all kinds of
patching and repair works and for tile on tile applications without removeal of old tiles.

BRUTE TILE ADHESIVE

Brute is a cement based formulated as thin bed adhesive for both tiling works And as concrete Wall Renders.. Suitable for fixing of all types
of ceramic, mosaic, etc. to concrete walls and floors, both interior and exterior surfaces with good workability.Highly recommended for all
kinds of tiling both exterior and interior, walls and floors.

APPLICATION AS WALL RENDERS
As Wall Renders bonds well on concrete wall without chipping existing concrete wall prior to application, avoid mass wastages, easy to apply,
good workability. Minimize future repairs on uneven surface. Prevent future delaminations (Kapak). It is highly recommended for interior and
exterior renders (Palitada).

MORTASEAL

A German technology formulated as Waterproofing for Concrete substrate. Cement base formulated prevents leak on concrete substrate
for walls and floors provides PERMANENT SOLUTION TO LEAKAGE. Mortaseal Improved Advance Aqua Block Formula that penetrates, blocks
and seals off cracks & pinholes that causes leak problem, it has excellent flexural strength that withstand concrete movements. Mortaseal
crystalizes on concrete due to capillary system that integrates on concrete permanently. It is recommended for positive and negative side
application. It is easy to apply using paint brush for an inexpensive concrete surface preparation, 100% water base, non-toxic, odorless and
easy to maintain by patching on affected area that seals off water from going in or out of concrete.

Better Result : Fiberglass mesh is highly recommended for additional 30% flexural strength.

Floorcote
A German Technology chemically formulated as concrete toppings for concrete floors. It is Portland Cement based plus superior quality additives
for good bonding strenght. It has quality selected graded sizes of silica sand, for easy application. Just adding water. It is of high compressive
strenght and improves impact and abrasion strenght with good slip resistance over ordinary concrete. It is designed for light to heavy vehicular
traffic and heavy pedestrianas well. It is recommended for Industrial building parking lot, shopping malls, public places, sidewalk and driveways.

Mortabond Skimcoat

A German Technology formulated as smooth coating for plastered wall. An ultra thin set skimcoat application, It helps rough and uneven surface
to a flat and even surface. Its high initial adhesion and non-sag properties make it deal for overhead applications. Longer open time gives good
workability for a superior finish.
It patches pinholes, dent gaps and bridge cracks on concrete substrate and also serves as fillers to correct column, beams and ceilings.

Rainbow Tile Grout

A formulated for tile grouting as gap filler in most types of ceramic, mosaic, granite tiles and natural stone applications. It uses selected high
quality color pigment to avoid color fading after application which gives beauty and elegance. It comes in regular grout for regular traffic and
sanded for heavy traffic to suite your needs.

Mortabond Roof Cement
Is a white color chemically formulated for Galvanized roofing Leak Repair and other related leakages such as concrete wall cracks , P-trap and
underneath sink and toilet bowl. It is a quick set material, semi-flexible which can withstand minor movements, non-toxic, odorless,
non-corrosive, non mettalic compound with high UV resistance. It is recommended for both internal and external use.
