Oracle has tested on the following configurations and certifies this release to work on these platforms. Customers may choose to install on non-certified platforms but do so at their own risk. If any
problems are found with non-certified platforms, these may take longer to investigate and resolve by Oracle. Oracle will only test and have access to tested platforms and configurations. In addition, the
resolution for any issues with non-tested configurations could be a recommendation that to resolve the issue you will need to deploy the product on a tested platform. If it is still decided to deploy on a
non-certified configuration, it is strongly recommended to fully test the product and non-certified platform in a test environment.

. A plus sign (+) after the database version means that this and all higher versions of the database patch sets are certified as of this document's publication date.
. Contract Management supports Advanced Compression and RAC (Real Application Cluster) features on the Oracle 11g Database.
. When using Real Application Clusters (RAC) with Contract Management, only one database instance will be used for BI Publisher and the Primavera
Administrator Utility. Contract Management reports and forms use that same database instance. If the node on which that instance resides fails, the Contract
Management reports and forms will not work because there is no fail-over to another node. You can either bring the failed node back up, or reconfigure the
database instance settings to use another node. See the Contract Management Installation and Configuration Guide (for Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server) for
information about configuring the database instance settings
. Database client release 11.1.0.7.0 is supported for Oracle 10gR2 database.
. Contract Management supports UTF 8, Western European character sets for Oracle 10g and 11g databases.
