Salary Overview

Oracle HRMS provides unctionality to easily administer salaries and wages or
all your employees! "t also provides unctionality to mass approve salaries at
once or to ma#e multiple salary updates rapidly using Application $ata %&port!
Oracle HRMS also provides or associating perormance reviews wit' salary
c'anges! (unctionality also e&ists to map mar#et survey and lin# t'e salary
details to employees in your company!

Salary %lements

(or salary administration) you will need to use salary earnings elements!
Oracle delivers predeined elements or *ot' salary and 'ourly employees -
Regular Salary and Regular +ages ,or US legislation-! .ou can t'en associate
or lin# t'ese elements to groups o people or eligi*ility! " t'ese
predeined elements do not meet your needs) you can create your own salary
elements and lin# as appropriate! /redeined elements can not *e modiied!
