I, ___________________________ , hereby grant The Cats Meow Magazine permission to use the
photography I submitted in any and all of its publications, including their website & internet postings. I
verify that I have the right to publish the people in the pictures and that I own the rights to have these
pictures distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by The Cats Meow Magazine as they see fit for
their publication.
I understand that the picture(s) I submit to The Cats Meow Magazine may be used in their publication as
well as on their website and other internet postings.
I understand that at no time shall I be given a free copy, paid, re-imbursed, compensated, or given
royalties, now or at any point in the future by The Cats Meow Magazine.
I hereby irrevocably authorize The Cats Meow Magazine to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these
photos for purposes of publicizing The Cats Meow Magazine in their publication or internet postings or
for any other lawful purpose.
I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge The Cats Meow Magazine from all claims,
demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other
persons acting on my behalf or on the behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this
authorization.
I am aware that The Cats Meow Magazine requests that I am not to distribute or submit any of these
same photos to other publications, at least until after The Cats Meow Magazine has used them in their
publication.
The Cats Meow Magazine will give proper credits to the photographer for the photos that are published.
The Cats Meow Magazine will NOT alter any of the photos submitted for publication (with the exception
of any necessary cropping and/or resizing and possibly the addition of a border around the photo) unless
prior approval has been given from the photographer with the photographers full consent and approval.

I certify that the person or ALL person(s) in the photo(s) are at least 18 years of age and I certify that I am
competent to contract below in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and I fully
understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
