Registration Screen User Enters Customer Id
Once user clicks on any Channel
/ VOD asset, he/she is taken to
the registration screen.
Once user enters his
customer ID /RMN, he is sent
an OTP password via SMS on
his registered RMNs which he
can use to register on the app
User can click on back button
to again request for OTP in
case he has not received the
same

Once user clicks on any Channel
/ VOD asset, he/she is taken to
the registration screen.

bottom tray by going to M\manage
favorites in the options menu. He/she can
anytime add back the channel to the tray
from the manage favorites screen
Device Replace Screen
User will be prompted for device
REPLACE in case he tries to access the
app on a 3rd device

The user will be allowed one replace in
30 days

Date of device id mapping will also be
reflected against each device for user to
clearly identify the device for Replacing.

Monthly Subscription
Removal of Add-on will be available only through CC (Customer Care)
direct to mobile application will be restricted on 2 mobile devices only
for a particular customer ID.
