VOICETEL LTD. was formed in the year 2011 by a dedicated team of professionals

Management Profile






Rehana Chowdhury
Chairman

Born in 1962. She is involved in business of Karnaphuli Group since 1997. She is the
Vice Chairman of PIL (BD) Ltd and Director of Container & Terminal Services Ltd,
Regensea Lines Ltd, HR Securities and Investment Ltd., Travelscene Ltd and
shareholder of Desh Television.

She is widely travelled woman who visited UK, USA, Australia, Canada, French,
Hong Kong, India, Italy, Malaysia, The Nederland, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore,
South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand and many other countries of the world in
connection with business, trade, seminar, and symposium.





Aziz Al Mahmood
Managing Director


Mr. Aziz Al Mahmood, aged 44 is the Managing Director of the Voicetel Ltd. He is
an Industrial Entrepreneur. He completed his graduation from UK on Industrial
Management. He is involved in business since 1991. He is also the Managing Director
of Danish Condensed Milk Bangladesh Ltd., Danish Milk Bangladesh Ltd., Danish
Foods Ltd., Rubel Steel Mills Ltd. and Ferrotechnic Ltd. He is also Director of Star
Particle Board Mills Ltd., Partex Furniture Industries Ltd., Partex PVC Industries
Ltd., Partex Laminates Ltd., Corvee Maritime Co. Ltd., Partex Builders Ltd., Partex
Real Estate Ltd. and some other organizations.

He was the Director and Vice Chairman of the United Commercial Bank Ltd. At
present he is the Director of the Phoenix Insurance Co. Ltd., The City Bank Ltd and
Phoenix Securities Ltd.

He is also associated with different social and cultural organizations like Member of
Dhaka Club Ltd, Gulshan Club Ltd, Lt. Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Ltd, Uttara
Club Ltd.

He has traveled many countries of the world in connection with prosecution of his
higher study, international trade and manufacturing activities. With his experience and
efficiency he could able to implement and operate the project successfully.





Aziz Al Kaiser
Director


Mr. Aziz Al Kaiser, aged 46, Vice Chairman of Partex Star Group is a renowned
business and industrialist. He obtained his graduation from UK on Industrial
Management. He is involved in business since 1989 and has taken charge of the
Partex Group as its Vice Chairman as well as Managing Director of Star Particle
Board Mills Ltd., Partex Furniture Industries Ltd., Partex PVC Industries Ltd., Partex
Laminates Ltd., Corvee Maritime Co. Ltd., Partex Builders Ltd., Partex Real Estate
Ltd. and some other organizations. He is also Director of Danish Condensed Milk
Bangladesh Ltd., Danish Milk Bangladesh Ltd., Danish Foods Ltd., Rubel Steel Mills
Ltd. and Ferrotechnic Ltd.,

He is the sponsor Director of The City Bank Ltd, GSP Finance, Janata Insurance Co.
Ltd. and nominee director of IDLC. He was immediate past Chairman of the Board
of Directors of The City Bank Ltd.



He is also associated with different social and cultural organizations like Member of
Dhaka Club Ltd, Gulshan Club Ltd, Lt. Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Ltd, Uttara
Club Ltd and Director of Bangladesh Cricket Board and Chairman, Marketing &
Commercial Committee.

Born in 1981, Ms Rafayla Rashid has completed her graduation in business from the
Independent University, Bangladesh. She is involved in business since 2008. She is
