Dear Candidate,
1. We are pleased to inform you that you are nominated to attend SSB interview for joining the Indian Military Academy / Officers Training
Academy / National Defence Academy.Please quote this reference with your Roll No in all future correspondence (if any).
2. You are required to report at Selection Centre East, Allahabad JN or at the Movement Control office (MCO), Railway Station, Allahabad on date
& time given below. Our representative will receive you and arrange your conveyance to the Selection Centre.

Date of Reporting - 28 Apr 2014 at 6 AM/ 0600 H
3. In case of a request for change of date you are requested to approach DG Rtg & under intimation of this Centre.
4. Only those candidates are eligible who have secured 64% and above upto 6th Semester for appearing candidates and also for those who have
complete B.Tech.
5. No other streams will be accepted other than the streams notified as per notification of TGC-119 except the following:-

(a) Mechanical and Automation can be considered against the vacancy of Mechanical Engg.
(b) Instrumentation& Control can be considered against the vacancy of Electronics & Instrumentation.
6. Candidates studying in final year must completed their exam or viva before date of commencement of training i.e. 01 Jul 14. Candidates must
possess the education qualification within 12 weeks from the date ofcommencement of training.
7. No claim for equivalency due to difference in nomenclature will be accepted.Candidates claiming equivalency of streams with the notified
streams will be permitted to attend SSB only on production of equivalency certificate from the AICTE. Candidates with Graduation Degree of a
foreign university are also eligible provided they should submit an Equivalency Certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU) stating that
his qualification is equated with the Degree in corresponding field of an Indian University.
8. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearm i.e. from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/ back
(dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidate will be barred from further selection.
Tribes with tattoos mark on the face or body as per their existing custom and traditions will be permitted on a case to case basis.
