Overview

Avaya Learning is pleased to announce the expansion of Knowledge Collection Access: SMB
Implementation and Support (0S00010E) to enable individuals responsible for the installation,
configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Avayas Small and Midmarket Business solutions with the
training they need in one comprehensive offer.

With the Avaya IP Office platform as the core, Knowledge Collection Access: SMB Implementation and
Support (0S00010E) now includes Avaya networking, security and video content.

Representing a substantial cost savings over individual Knowledge Access pricing, this Knowledge Collection
Access comprises over 230 hours of training that includes Avaya IP Office Contact Center, Avaya Scopia,
Avaya Session Border Controller and Avaya Ethernet switches. Enrolled students have 12 months unlimited
access and are notified by email when learning materials are refreshed or new content is added during their
enrollment.

Knowledge Collection Access: SMB Implementation and Support (0S00010E) includes the following and
is available for enrollment via the Avaya Learning Center, www.avaya-learning.com. Students currently
enrolled in this offer will be notified they now have access to additional content.
