Rev Dr Harold Ellens from the USA was, before retirement, University Professor of Philosophy and Psychology,
Presbyterian Theologian, Pastor, US Army Chaplain (Colonel), Executive Director Emeritus of the Christian
Association for Psychological Studies, and Founding Editor/Editor in Chief of the Journal of Psychology and
Christianity. He has published extensively in the interface of psychology and religion/spirituality and has
authored and co-authored numerous volumes and journal articles, including The Destructive Power of Religion
(2004), The Spirituality of Sex (2009), Probing the Frontiers of Biblical Studies (2009), The Son of Man in the
Gospel of John (2010), The Healing Power of Spirituality (2010), Honest Faith for Our Time (2010), Light From the Other Side (2010)
Rev Dr Greg Jenks is an Anglican priest, Academic Dean, St Francis Theological College, Brisbane and Senior
Lecturer in School of Theology at Charles Sturt University. His PhD, University of Queensland was based on the
Antichrist myth. Dr Jenks interests are Christian origins, lead researcher for the Jesus Database project,
Visiting Professor and Scholar-in-Residence at St Georges College, Jerusalem. He is Co-director, Bethsaida
Archaeological Excavation, Fellow of the Westar Institute, and Assoc Director 1999-2001. His publications
include The Once and Future Bible, The Once and Future Scriptures, Jesus Then and Jesus Now
