Online help file link is provided in 800xA History Log definition tab. On click of the Help button corresponding help page appears. The status alarms of RTDB Services appeared in Process Alarm List as the alarms were wrongly categorized as Process Alarm for SoftAlarms. The correct category is System Alarm for SoftAlarms. 800xAHistory-OL-1022-006 This issue is fixed. The status alarms of RTDB services now show the Category as System Alarm for SoftAlarms and are not appearing in Process Alarm List. When a user suppresses or blocks a tag that has an active alarm 800xA generates several events (alarm/conflict + block/suppress) that have the exact same timestamp (including milliseconds). As a result, some of these events were not transferred to and stored in 800xA History. They will also not appear in the OPC Event list. 800xAHistory-OL-1022-008 This issue is fixed. The issue was occurring due to duplicate event ID hash code being generated for events with same the timestamp. The fix ensures that unique event IDs are generated for same timestamp events and all the events are arriving in the OPC event list. Configuration Section 1 Release Notes 18 2PAA109494-200 Configuration Table 7 lists the major system or product configuration issues that have been corrected since the previous version or service pack. A brief description of the correction is also given. OPC Client connected to RTDB OPC DA Server of 800xA History is unable to detect the new tags created from System 800xA.
