Please allow me to share a little on my background, my name is Justin Nicholas, I am a Senior Biology
major with a concentration in biomedical sciences. I come from humble beginnings from the small
developing nation of Belize. Bounded by the Caribbean Sea in the East, Belize is the only English
speaking country in Central America with a total population of just over 350,000 people.
Ive been a student at UNF for over a year transferring over in spring 2013. I am driven with ambition
and determination to obtain higher education so I can be part of the solutions in my society. Im
charismatic, honest, confident, reliable, and intuitive and possess an innate ability to be a team leader.
Prior to my transfer to UNF, I served as the President of a counseling group and the Athletic Director in
student government of my home college St Johns Junior College. At UNF Ive been an active member
in the biomedical pre-professional club and had the honor to volunteer at the disability resource center.
This experience gave me the unique opportunity to meet and mentor some truly amazing individuals.
I am a full-time student and part-time worker on campus and have been managing these two roles since
my enrollment at UNF, yet I give my utmost best to every group and task at hand. Coming from a
culturally diverse background, I believe I can add some diversity to our ISA cabinet. Allow me the
opportunity to be your voice and serve you as part of our new team!
