HOWTO GET THERE
Those who require transport will meet at ACMC at 7:15pm.Drivers will be Tim,Gabrielle,Pastor Karvin &
Aonghas (all full licence holders over 20 years old).If you require transport pleaselet us know no later than
Wednesday 16 July.
Transport will be provided for all Oddfellows from Snowplanet atmidnightback to ACMC for the sleepover.
Please contact us if you have other arrangements.

Note: Those who do not want to ski do not have to pay.
WHAT TO BRING

we suggest waterproof gloves.
Beanies and socks
+spare pair of thick socks for the ski shoes
A waterproof outer-layer of clothing
Warm layers of clothing under waterproof layer

the shower facilities at church are available for use

FOOD
Please have dinner before arriving.There is a restaurant at Snowplanet where food and drinks may be
purchased.Breakfast at ACMC the following morning will be provided.
ACCOMMODATION
The main gates of the church will be locked on arrival at approximately 12:45am. Boys may sleep in the
Library, girls may sleep in Room 6C. Boys and girls are not permited into each others space. For those
staying up, the common area isthe main auditorium from2amonwards. The other classrooms, gym and
oce area is out of bounds afer2am. An adult will be supervising at all times.
PARENTS CONSENT
Please show this information sheet to your parents and make sure they understand all the details listed
above. 18 years and under: We require their signature on the permission slip atached to this page to
indicate they have understood all the details and are happy to give you consent to atend.
Return the permission slip to Tim no later than Wednesday 16 July 2014.
