FSO Manager speaks with a forked tongue…he states, "student did not lose any points for using the word contention," the grad was investigated and found to be accurate. He gives the FSO instructor the green light to continue with her undue grade harassment.

Greetings Queen,
I would like for this to be clear: you did not lose any points for using the word contention in your assignment. Your instructor brought up your use of that word in order to give you supplementary feedback.
Your grade was investigated (at your request), was found to be accurate, and will stand. Again, I understand that you do not agree with the grade calculation but I urge you to move on in the course. You are halfway through the term and are just weeks away from potentially passing the course and then never interacting with Kristin Stewart again, if you so choose.
Queen, leadership here is really pulling for you to succeed but this grade will not be changed.
Best regards,
