Annexure-I and as per the schedule given under to take admission in to Bio-Technology, B.Pharmacy
and Pharma-D Courses. The details of the ranks distributed Help Line Centre wise for
Certificate Verification and all other important information is placed on the Website:
https://eamcetb.nic.in and candidates are informed to visit this website before they go for
Certificate Verification.
Candidates are informed to collect the details of the Web Counseling Procedure and other
relevant information from Help Line Centres on the day of Certificate Verification without fail
and the same is also placed on website: https://eamcetb.nic.in
CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY ALL CANDIDATES:
All original certificates and Two Sets of Xerox Copies like EAMCET Rank Card, Hall Ticket, Intermediate
Memo- cum-Pass Certificate, S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo, VI to Inter Study Certificate, 10
years Residence Certificate either of the Parent if the candidates belongs to Non-Local category,
Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2014 whose parental income from all sources is Rs. 1 Lakh per
annum for OC/BC/Minority category candidates and Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum for SC/ST category
Candidates and Caste Certificate issued by competent authority and also PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority
Certificate if applicable.
Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:
PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board--- Candidates with 40% and above disability are only
eligible. CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity
card and Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of A.P. are only
eligible to be considered under CAP Category. NCC & Sports- To produce Original Certificates
issued by competent authorities. Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the
Head Master. Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence.
Fee to be Paid: (At the Time of Certificate Verification): 1. Processing Fee: Rs.600/- (OC/BC),
Rs.300/-(SC/ST). 2. Fee Particulars and seats available under Convenor quota are available on the
website: https://eamcetb.nic.in well before the commencement of Option Entry.

LAST ++ Means: Including not qualified/ not appeared in EAMCET (BI.P.C Stream) Minority
candidates who have already applied to Convenor based on Intermediate Marks.

Note:
1. Candidates are informed that where there is more than one Help Line Centre the ranks
are distributed Help Line Centre wise, See the Annexure-I for Distribution of Ranks Help
Line Centre wise and attend for Certificate Verification accordingly.
2. ST Candidates to attend for Certificate Verification in the Help Line Centres marked with
** only, see Annexure-II.
3. The Candidates who secured 45% (For OC) and 40% (SC/ST/BC) in group subjects of
Intermediate or its equivalent examination are only eligible for admission as prescribed by
AICTE/Government.
4. Candidates who possess mathematics at 10+2 level (or) passed the Bridge course in
Mathematics are only eligible for Bio-Technology Course.
5. Candidates are informed that the Pharmacy council of India vide Ref. No: 14-2/2009-
PCI-10834-12152, dt: 17/07/2009 has not approved Intermediate equivalent
programs of one year duration such as NOS, APOSS for admission into Pharmacy
courses for the purpose of Registration as pharmacist.
ALLOTMENT:
1) Allotments will be placed in Website https://eamcetb.nic.in on 30.09.2014 after 06.00 PM.
2) Enter the Registration Number, Hall Ticket number, Password and date of birth in
Candidate Login. 3) Download the allotment order and read the instructions printed and also
download challan form for payment of fee. 4) Pay the fees if any, in any Branch of Andhra
Bank/Indian Bank. 5) Report to the allotted college as per instructions printed on the
allotment order. 6) Failure to report in the allotted college by the date stipulated will
automatically result in cancellation of seat and candidate has no claim on the seat allotted.
NOTE:
1. The students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/Disabled/Minority Categories will be considered for
Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (RTF)/Financial Assistance under (FAST) is subject to verification
and eligibility criteria prescribed by respective State Government of Andhra Pradesh and
Telangana.
2. As per memo No.286/EC.A2/2014 Higher Education Department, Government of Andhra
Pradesh dated:24.08.2014, All the students, who are local as per presidential order in the State
of Andhra Pradesh, whether they are studying in the institutions in Andhra Pradesh or
Telangana State shall be given fee reimbursement from the Government of Andhra Pradesh as
per eligibility criteria of fee reimbursement scheme of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
3. As per the approved note of Higher Education Department of Govt of Telangana dated:
12/08/2014 students may be eligible for financial assistance to the students of Telangana
(under FAST Scheme) vide GO Rt No.36, SCD Department Dated: 30

July 2014, subject to
eligibility as per the detailed guidelines to be issued by the Government of Telangana shortly.
4. In case of candidates with local area =NL the eligibility for RTF/FAST will be as decided by both
the State Governments.
