Rs. 75.00 lac . Placed in the Board for decision.

Construction of Strengthening of Road at Patkata Colony :
Proposed construction of strengthening of roads 4.04 km length (Ph-I)at Patkata Colony under Paharpur G.P. Sadar Block,
Jalpaiguri. Estimated cost of Rs. 88.44 lac . Placed in the Board for decision. Phase-2, Drainage system for Rs. 187.68 lac .

Construction of Road from Samsanghat, Maynaguri to Bye-pass Road:
Proposed cost of roads from Samsanghat, Maynaguri to Byepass Roads at Maynaguri. Estimated amount of Rs. 84.00 lac .

Drainage scheme at Malkani Hut:
Proposal for construction of drainage scheme at Malkani Hut, Jalpaiguri ( 350 mt. length). Proposed by Malkani Hut Committee
on 26.02.12. Approximate estimated amount of Rs. 10.00 lac.

Construction of Open Stage and Community Hall at Malkani Hut:
Proposal for construction of open stage (G.F) and Community Hall including all facility at first floor at Malkani Hut, Jalpaiguri Plinth
area = 1000 sq.ft. in ground floor and 1000 sq. ft in first floor . Estimated cost of Rs. 45.00 lac . Placed in board for decision.
L4 and L5 Building , Hill Cart Road:
Existing L4 and L5 building which were handed over along with land to SJDA from Housing Department. At present these
building are in dilapidated condition and SJDA has proposed for construction of multistoried commercial building at this location
which will be financially viable considering location of building . Notice are to be served to vacate existing tenants . Necessary
formalities for raising fund preferably from potential byers through open add may be adopted

SJDA has written to U.D. Department for remission of stamp duty but it is pending and not approved so far. SJDA may register
the deed after paying stamp duty and registration charge , which may be realised by Commercial exploitation of the land.
Improvement of Riding Surface at Fulbari Road:
Improvement of riding surface of Fulbari Road required to be taken up as per recommendation of Jalpiguri Engineering College.
Construction of Muslim Marriage Hall at Ward No. 6:
Construction of Muslim Marriage Hall at Ward No. 6, proposed plinth area of building -3600 sq.ft. (approx.) . Tendered value for
construction of ground floor and first floor of Rs. 73.00 lac (approx.) , only 50% of total site has been availed for construction.
Rest portion are occupied by some persons since long back (as reported). As reported court case is there. Agency has put
many letters informing his unwillingness to carry out the work. Few columns have been cast upto 5 ft. above ground level. At
