What if things were a little different? What if Geum Jan Di and Goo Joon Pyo were really not destined to be with each other?
Would Geum Jan Dis very own firefighter, Yoon Ji Hoo, be able to win Geum Jan Dis heart this time round?
Yoon Ji Hoo, to Geum Jan Di is her saviour, her best friend, her first love and most important of all, her soul mate. Even
though she, herself, have admitted that Yoon Ji Hoo is truly her other half, however she cannot accept him because her heart
told her that she was completely in love with Goo Joon Pyo. Despite her whole heart being occupied by Goo Joon Pyo, there
is a still a small part of her that loves Yoon Ji Hoo though not as much as Goo Joon Pyo. He has left a deep impression in her
and he is definitely someone that she would always remember for her whole life.
She was thankful because Yoon Ji Hoo has always been the one to rescue her when shes in trouble and also the one to lift
up her spirits whenever shes feeling down. He never hesitates to lend her his shoulders for her to lean and cry on; her knight
in shining armor.
Jan Di knew of Ji Hoos love. Because of that she numerously tried to draw a line between herself and Ji Hoo so as not to
hurt him because she believes her heart truly belongs to Joon Pyo and she did not want to give Ji Hoo any false hope.
However, one cannot escape from fate and destiny. Someway and somehow, in one way or another, they will always meet.
No matter how they try to avoid each other, there is just no way that they could escape from the red string of fate.
No matter how many times you might meet and separate, you will always be able to find your soulmate eventually.

Despite knowing that Ji Hoo truly loves her, she doubted that Ji Hoos love could be as much as Joon Pyos love for her
because she believes that Ji Hoo was still in love with his first love, Min SeoHyun, and his feelings for her is just a rebound.
She thought that they are just feelings of affection and nothing else.
It has been 4 years since Jan Di got to know about the almighty F4 that has been ruling the grounds of ShinHwa Campus.
They are all rich, tall and handsome. Some people might think that meeting them would be like a dream. But for Jan Di, it
was a nightmare to have met them. At the same time she felt that it was a blessing to have met them. Shes thankful for all
the support given from both So Yi Jung and Song Woo Bin. Shes thankful to have met the love of her life Goo Joon Pyo.
Most importantly, shes thankful to have met Yoon Ji Hoo, the person that has given her strength througout her ups and
downs.
Now, 4 years have passed. Everyone have grown and matured. Jan Di is no longer the nave high school girl she was 4 years
ago. Shes now a student at ShinHwas College Of Medicine alongside Ji Hoo, whose grandfather have just passed on
leaving him with the clinic and arts foundation to manage. Ji Hoo is doing well with his studies and is about ready to
graduate. Jan Di, on the other hand, managed to get in after her 3
rd
try. Despite entering in her 3
rd
try, she was determined to
complete her studies and become a doctor, which is what she had dreamed of becoming after her dream of becoming an
olympic swimmer turned out to be impossible.
Ji Hoos main objective of entering medical school is because of his late grandfather. He wishes to reopen his grandfathers
clinic. But Ji Hoo seems to have another reason as to why he decided to major in medicine instead of music, which was his
specialty. Jan Di is oblivious to the reason but it was clearly obvious to us that the other reason was Jan Di.
Joon Pyo decided to propose to Jan Di. But Jan Di was confused. Although she wanted so much to say yes to Joon Pyo, she
felt uneasy. She told him that it was a bit too early for them to get married and suggested that they should get engaged first
and get married in 2 years time after she had graduated from college. Joon Pyo reluctantly agrees.
Even though in Ji Hoos perspective things are clearly over and he will never have any chance at all, some things such as
fate is unpredictable. Sometimes it is never too late. Love can happen anytime; it all depends on your destiny.
Will Jan Di get hurt by Joon Pyo once again? Will both Jan Di and Joon Pyo be able to have their happily ever after or will
they eventually fall apart? Will Ji Hoo have the chance to show Jan Di how deep his love for her is? Will Jan Di open her
heart to Ji Hoo? Or will everything be too late for them to realize their true feelings?
