alarm, fire/smoke detection and emergency lighting systems, electrical installations, gas and oil
heating installations etc
Chase building control completion certificate
Obtain copy of electrical completion certificate
Obtain copy of gas safety commissioning certificate
Carry out defects inspection
Issue practical completion certificate with list of defects to contractor
Complete AMS 2 form and issue to system administrator
Develop health and safety file/operations manual (if acting as CDM co-ordinator)

Carry out inspection at end of defects liability period
