Garbage collection and lifts/elevators received the highest rates of being problems faced by residents, with 42.5% and 32.6% respectively identifying these as issues. When asked how to best handle problems, 41.5% of residents suggested that authorities take action. Most residents felt safe during the day but unsafe at night, with 42.2% reporting feeling unsafe after dark.
