DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE EVENT:
PLACEMENT DRIVE CONDUCTED BY TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (TCS)
AT GHRCE, NAGPUR ON 11th & 12th September 2013.
A Recruitment drive was conducted by TCS at GHRCE Nagpur for 2014
batch. The drive was organized for engineering students of CSE, IT,
ETRX, ETC, EE, MECH, M-Tech- CSE, VLSI, ETRX, ETC, ME-ESC,
WCC, MT & for MCA students. Large number of students participated in
the drive of which many cleared the aptitude test. Finally 55 students of
GHRCE got selected. In Pre-placement talk Mr. Rajesh Parmeshwar &
Mr. Robin Thomas from TCS Mumbai delivered introductory talk



























regarding the company & highlighted on HR aspects. The panel of 25
members led by Mr. Nikhil Khatri visited GHRCE to conduct the drive.
TCS has modified the aptitude test pattern where in verbal section was
added and the difficulty level was raised.
The drive was conducted under the able guidance of Dr. Preeti Bajaj,
Director GHRCE. Professor Aayushi Gaikwad, T&P Incharge, DR. A. Y.
Deshmukh, Dean Planning & Quality Assurance, Prof. K. D. Joshi,
Coordinator, III Cell and departmental T&P co-ordinators worked hard
for the success of the drive. The Student Placement Committee (SPC)
members from various branches of 3
rd
year and final year provided
synergy for smooth conduct of the drive.
The efforts taken by the institute like mock placement drive, aptitude
tests, HR interviews, and soft skill and interview techniques resulted in
the overall success of the students in the drive. The institute has filed 25
patents in the last year. The intellectual capital of the institute is very
strong with many books authored by the faculty members, refereed
publications. All the eligible programs are NBA accredited.
All HoDs congratulated the selected students for the success & wished
them best for their future. The college management thanked the panel
from Tata Consultancy Services for their tedious efforts they had taken to
make this drive successful.

was conducted by the company personnel 110 students appeared and
result is awaited.

Indian Navy conducted the Placement Drive at GHRCE, Nagpur on

branches students. It was a pooled campus and around 12 Colleges
participated in the drive. 55 students were shortlisted for interview of
various colleges participated. The final result of SSB is awaited.

DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE EVENT:
An Informative seminar on Visa Process and studying in The USA
was organized by GHRCE, Nagpur. The informative and interactive
seminar was delivered by the US consulate general Mumbai. The
seminar was all about the procedure and processes required to be
done for higher studies. The seminar was very useful for all the
students & faculties those who have opted for higher studies. We are
thankful to our director for allowing us to conduct the seminar.

Zensar Technology at Shraddha Park Campus, NAGPUR ON 24th September 2013.
A Recruitment drive was conducted by Zensar Technology at Shraddha Park
Raisoni campus, Nagpur for 2014 batch. The drive was organized for engineering
students of CSE, IT, & MCA students. Mr. Sameer from Zensar Technology
delivered introductory talk regarding the company & highlighted on HR aspects.
The students participated in the drive of which many cleared the aptitude test.
Finally 10 students of GHRCE got selected. Respected Director & HoDs
congratulated the selected students for the success & wished them best for their
future.

DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE EVENT: PLACEMENT DRIVE CONDUCTED BY
L&T Infotech at GHRCE Campus, NAGPUR ON 24th September 2013.
A Recruitment drive was conducted by L&T Infotech at GHRCE campus, Nagpur for
2014 batch. Many colleges from Nagpur, Amravati, Jalgaon, Participated in the drive.
The drive was organized for UG & PG Engineering students. Total students around 1600
participated in the drive of which many cleared the aptitude test. Finally 23 students of
GHRCE got selected. The Pre-placement talk was arranged during the L&T placement
drive. In Pre-placement talk Mr. Prashant Karandikar from L&T Infotech explained
eligibility criteria and package for drive. Students from Raisoni group, Priyadarshini
group, Meghe group & Shree Ramdevbaba college of Engg attended the pre-placement
talk and recruitment process. The T&P Officers & faculties members of other colleges
were also present. Respected Director mam GHRCE, Nagpur congratulated the selected
students for the success & wished them best for their future.
