#36 Dan Patrick - Over 24 Debates in the Primary, Only One for all Texas Voters

San Antonio, TX This November, Texans will have the chance to elect Leticia Van de Putte,
a proven problem solver, who will fight for all Texans, as their next Lt. Governor.

We are 36 days away from the general election. Today, we continue to highlight our top 40
reasons why Dan Patrick is not prepared to lead Texas.

#36 Dan Patrick - Over 24 Debates in the Primary, Only One for all Texas Voters:

Tonight, Leticia Van de Putte and Dan Patrick face-off in their one and only debate.

Despite having over two dozen debates for his tea party base in the primary, Patrick accepted
only one for general election voters.

We can only conclude that he's scared - scared of his fellow Texans and his opponent, scared of
that unbridled tongue of his. [Houston Chronicle, 9/18/2014]

If you are unwilling to answer the tough questions and face voters across the state, you not ready
to lead.

governor, Democrat Leticia Van de Putte on Monday challenged Republican Dan Patrick to five
debates in September and October. [Dallas Morning News, 7/28/2014]

debate before they face off in the Nov. 4 general election. [Dallas Morning News, 8/13/2014]
