Job Description:
Responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and expediting through Mechanical
Engineering Team the execution of the customer assigned Air-Conditioning (HVAC projects) and
Plumping related to Multi-storey Residential and Commercial buildings, showrooms, Shopping Centre,
Villas, within cost, schedule and contract limitations while ensuring total customer satisfaction. Report
to the Divisional Manager.
Prepare project plan for engineering, procurement and execution for one time completion.
Monitoring the work executed by the engineering team at site and report project progress throughout
the project cycle to ensure on time completion.
Attend project progress meetings and coordinate with other departments.
Manage cash flow requirements for the projects. Control expenditures within limitations of project
budget.
Monitor and verify specification compliance of materials at various stages of project.
Manage material and manpower requirements. Perform preparation of invoices, variance and claims
and client follow up.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and other MEP Contractors.
Coordinate at site resolving interference situations with other services/interiors.
Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed and materials used
conformed to project specifications and quality standards.
Ensure Safety system is in place for the projects.
Training and development of subordinate employees
Select and hire subcontractors.
Additionally responsible for proposals preparation as per tender drawings and specifications, servicing
projects under warranties or under maintenance contracts
