KH reports that the ST submissions are still not in order.

FA highlights that they are unable to submit for Partial TOP until all the ST
as-built submissions are in order. All parties to note that the original target
for Partial TOP was 04 Dec 09.

KH, RK and Lejen to get all as-builts in order by 07 Dec 09

6.1 Sky bridge

KH has proposed a counterweight mobile gondola system for the KH


maintenance of the sky bridge. 17/12/09

KH will submit the proposal to FA by 11/10/09

KH comments that the gondola specialist is currently working on a proposal


specific to 18 shelford and will revert by 17/12/09

FA confirms to omit the suspension rods for the skybridge. The glass
balustrade to be free standing, Lejen to revise their shop drawings as
commented by FA.

7.0 M&E MATTERS LSN/KH

Town Gas Proposal;


10/12/09
1. LSN confirms that the gas meters are not allowed to be located in
the basement car park.

2. LSN has requested for KH to submit to size and equipment for the
TEL riser. In order to incorporate a gas riser into the TEL riser.

3. LSN will advise KH on the town gas routing by 10 Dec 09

7.1 PROTOTYPE ELECTRICAL LAYOUT LSN

LSN has issued EI, LSN to highlight to FA which items are additional in 10/12/09
relation to the contract before FA can issue AI.

8.0 QUANTITY SURVEYOR MATTERS


KH to sort out with Lejen completion dates detail to facilitate the award of
8.1 LOA.

KH reports that they have sent out the letter of Award to Lejen and is
awaiting their acknowledgement.
