Announcing the FIS Sales and Channel Distribution Organization

Dear FIS Colleagues:

At FIS, we are always striving to maximize profitable revenue growth for our company, as well as help our
clients grow, compete and win in their markets. In order to achieve these goals, we are introducing a new
organizational structure that enables our sales and relationship management teams to be as efficient and
effective as possible. By bringing together many talented individuals from the legacy Fidelity National
Information Services and Metavante organizations, our new team has all of the necessary skills and
expertise to meet FIS’ revenue goals, while ensuring our clients’ loyalty, advocacy and referencability. I
am very proud to introduce you to my team of direct reports, whose seasoned leadership will help to drive
our success and the success of our clients.

Third-Party Distribution
Cleve Shultz (FIS) will lead all account relationship and management efforts for reseller relationships.
The following individuals will report directly to Cleve:

Brian O’Neill (FIS) – Partner management


Eric Bleicher (FIS) – Non-FI sales
Keith Nolan (FIS) – CSCU and ICBA relations

New Account Sales


Pat Sluder (FIS) is responsible for selling FIS products and services into financial institutions who are not
existing FIS clients. Pat and his team will demonstrate the value of FIS products and services to these
non-client institutions and solidify brand new client relationships for both the Financial Solutions Group
(FSG) and Payment Solutions Group (PSG).

Kyle Milling (FIS), Alan Biltimier (FIS), David Cox (FIS), Frank Cagle (FIS), Jeff Howell (FIS), Pat
Orchard (FIS), Steve Cook (FIS) and David Breeding (FIS) will report directly to Pat. Dayna Sensaboy
(FIS) will handle Deal Management and also report to Pat.

Product Sales – Existing U.S. FIS Clients


Pete Van Sistine (MV) has the responsibility for new FSG product sales into our existing FIS client base.
He is supported by the following direct reports:

Gary Daniel (FIS) – Targeted revenue projects, such as ITI Premier migrations
Stephen Jost (FIS) – North American credit union opportunities
Ed Ashenden (MV) – Strategic core, wealth and TouchPoint® sales to targeted accounts
John Kopriva (MV) – Strategic core and ancillary sales for the community bank market
Mark Baltz (FIS) – Core solutions support (BancPac, Bankway®, IBS, Systematics, HORIZON and
Profile®)
David Howard (MV) – Non-core FSG solutions support, i.e., Decision Solutions, eBanking,
TouchPoint, FLO, Sales and Service, Lending, Risk and Compliance, Commercial Technology,
Commercial Treasury

Joe Farraye (MV) is responsible for PSG eBusiness product sales into our existing FIS client base. He is
supported by the following direct reports:

Mary Strutynski (MV) – NYCE and ATM driving


Jeff Fazio (FIS) – Debit card processing
Mike Alles (MV) – Prepaid cards
Mark Merz (MV) – ePayment/Mobile
Tom Dougherty (FIS) – Credit card processing/Merchant card programs

Steve Winkler (MV) is responsible for PSG IP product sales into our existing FIS client base. He is
supported by the following direct reports:

Tim Simeone (MV) – Item and image processing, regional manager


Amy Hammon (MV) – Subject matter support for hosted and licensed item processing sales efforts
Coy Ogle (FIS) – Item and image processing, regional manager
Ed Gaspredes (MV) – Remittance and document imaging, Vicor

Large Financial Institution Strategic Account Management – Existing FIS Clients


Nancy Langer (MV) will provide strategic account management for FIS’ large financial institution (LFI)
relationships, which include the top 55 U.S. accounts, as well as the domestic presence of large
international banks. Nancy and her team will work to expand our more comprehensive relationships and
cultivate those relationships where FIS doesn’t have a broad product presence.

Jay Corona (MV), Nancy Nastally (MV), Kim Lewis (FIS), Bob Hain (MV), Glenn Chambers (FIS),
Ford Bell (FIS), Steve Ryan (MV), Michael Erwin (FIS), Jim Reilly (MV) and Jane Brandi (MV) will
report directly to Nancy, serving as her managing directors. Robin Smith (MV) will lead a team of
managing director and solution consultants.

Mid-Market Strategic Account Management – Existing FIS Clients


Chris Petersen (FIS) will provide strategic account management for FIS’ 1,600 mid-tier relationships,
which include both core and larger payments accounts. Chris and her team will have full accountability for
client satisfaction, cross-sales and contract renewals. Linda Fischer (MV), Kevin Petersen (FIS), Bob
Blackman (FIS), John Winstanley (FIS), Mark Bollin (FIS) and Steven Egan (FIS) will report directly to
Chris, serving as her managing directors. Sherrie Hill (FIS) will handle Deal Management and also
reports to Chris.

Community Bank Strategic Account Management – Existing FIS Clients, Strategy


and Operations
Bruce Lowthers (FIS) will provide strategic account management for FIS’ several thousand community
bank client relationships, (excluding the top 1,600 mid-tier relationships managed by Chris Petersen’s
team), with a focus on cross-selling and up-selling PSG and FSG solutions to these accounts. He will also
manage the strategies, procedures and educational efforts that support the FIS global sales efforts. A
particular focus going forward will be our lead and demand generation activities that Bruce’s team will
champion.

The following individuals will report directly to Bruce:
Esther Pigg (FIS) – Industry and Sales Strategy, including sales methodology, sales development,
consultant relations and RFP responses
Jack Warner (FIS) – Sales Operations, including sales reporting, dashboard metrics and pipeline
management
Alisa Barber (FIS) – Demand Generation, including campaign activities to create focused awareness
of FIS’ solutions
Donna DellaRocco (FIS) – Contract administration
Bonnie Breezee (FIS) and Monique McWilliams (MV) – Community Accounts management,
including telesales and tele-SAM activity, accountable for the community team’s execution against
revenue growth targets
