The stright line show that the number from 5 to 95 is the sum of number add with 10.
For example: 5 + 10= 25 and 25 + 10 = 35

The multiplication of 11 indicates a diagonal pattern. If we just arrange the multiplication

of 11 in an increasing order,we could see the diagonal pattern which is on the left side.
For example : 1 x 11 = 11 , 2 x 11 = 22 ,3 x 11 = 33

We can see a zig-zag pattern if we arrange the multiplication of 5 in an increasing

order. The pattern is becoming apparent especially if we highlight the pattern with the
lines which will resemble a zig-zag pattern.
For example: 5 x 2 = 10 , 3 x 5 = 15 , 4 x 5 = 20

The blue colour highlights the repetitive diagonal pattern which is on the right
side. However, the number pattern of this multiplication of 3 is not arranged according to
an increasing order. The repetitive diagonal pattern on the right side is more apparent.
For example: 3 x 4 = 12 , 8 x 3 = 24 ,
3 x 3 = 9 , 3 x 6 = 18

The number chart above show many diamond-like shape pattern for the
multiplication of 4.The appropriate shape are the repetitive and equal diamond-like
pattern because they are more apparent especially with a coloured highlight on them.
For example : 4 x 4 = 16 , 4 x 7 = 28 , 4 x 9 = 36

There are seven parallelograms which the multiplication of 6. However, the

pattern does not go along with the increasing order for the multiplication of 6.Actually
that pattern can also be interpreted as two large parallelograms overlapping each other
diagonally on the right side.
For example : 6 x 4 = 24 , 6 x 7 = 42
6 x 13 = 72 , 6 x 14 = 84

The pattern show that if number around 58 is all added and divided with 8,the sum that
we will get is 58.
For example : 47 + 48 + 49 + 57 + 59 + 69 + 68 + 67 + 57
8

The pattern shows 6 parallelograms which look like a rectangle and this time the
pattern is diagonal on the left side. The pattern from multiplication of 7 also do not go
along with the increasing order of multiplication of that number.
For example : 7 x 1 = 7 , 7 x 2 = 14 , 7 x 3 = 21
7 x 10 = 70 . 7 x 11 = 77 , 7 x 12 = 84

Again we can see parallelograms but only 5 on the number chart. The pattern from this
multiplication of 8 also do not go along with the increasing order of multiplication of it.The pattern
could resemble a rectangle but with dicernment such assumption is unacceptable. The pattern is
diagonal on the left side.
For Example : 1 x 8 = 8 , 2 x 8 = 16 , 3 x 8 = 24
5 x 8 = 40 , 6 x 8 = 48
