PROFILE
I am a recent graduate who is always passionate about Human Resources Management as well as Sales and
Marketing. Within four years I have worked in 8 countries which has shaped my strengths on this fields. People
find me self-motivated, opportunistic, flexible and committed person with diverse competences. My ability to
mult task and work effectively under minimum supervision puts me a class apart since I am truly result
oriented. I believe that my experiences have prepared me with the knowledge and skills to enable me work at
any big company like Favorite Group Ltd.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Working as human resources manager in AIESEC Tanzania, I managed to introduce innovative strategies which led
to high retention rate and member development. I also made my entity to rank number four from number 10 in
Africa.
As an organizational development personnel for AIESEC in Ethiopia, I made the entity expand to a new town and
facilitated success for the national recruitment process.
Being a team leader for Google ambassadors, I led my team to organize successful events marketing Google products
and brought consciousness at campuses. More important, I made the University of Dar es salaam administration
agree deploying Google apps on the university website system.
During my internship at AIDS Information Center in Uganda I influenced the management to change their trainees
structure and roles. This created efficiency and opportunity to one more person with clear job descriptions.
I managed to coordinate a very successful event for the introduction of INDIAFRICA in Tanzania. I made it get
ambassadors from different universities as well.
As the Organizing Committee President for National Career Fair 2012, I brought on board 9 new companies among
23. I managed to bring more than 5000 students from different universities in the country as participants.
