16 years experience as an ESL teacher in primary school under the Ministry of Education
Malaysia. During that time, I've logged thousands of hours doing everything related to the
education process, including coaching, panel of curriculum development, teacher trainer, and
head of section, speaker, editor, movie maker, script writer, project manager and motivator.
Excellent communications and organisation. Good skill in training and presenting and able to
apply any project skills in team members. Dependable and accomplished professional with
extensive experiences in delivering instruction, managing multiple project simultaneously.

SKILLS

Classroom teacher for 5 years for second-grade class. I also held the position of English
Language Panel Head for five years. At the same time, I also served as the State Lead
Coach for Information and Communication Technology subject, English Language and Arts. I
also have experience as a member of the panel of the curriculum and become speaker of the
state to deliver the new curriculum implementation. Recently I held a position as a State
Coach for futsal and Handball and is responsible for training and ensuring the success of this

State Team Manager for the Curriculum Developer Course
Manage 150 teachers in the state of Sabah to be involved in the development
of the course curriculum. Course lasts for five days in the top hotels in Sabah.
Responsible for managing food, beverage, accommodation, transportation,
travel demands and needs of the participants and five guest speakers from
abroad.
Ensure that all participants are in a comfortable and safe.

National Coach Trainer and Speaker
A national speaker for the development of new curriculum organized by the
Ministry of Education Malaysia.
Talks carried out in phases across the country for five months as a Tour of
Education.
Each state provides at least 150 participants.
Ensure that all participants understand the contents of the lecture and the findings
recorded through survey questions.
Ensure the qualities of every submission meets the quality standards set by the
Ministry of Education Malaysia.
