Community Open House
Saturday, October 25, 7am-5pm
INDIANOLA YMCA
NO KEY FOBNO PROBLEM! We are opening our doors to everyone in the community to
experience the Y for a day! The Y is a cause-driven organization dedicated to strengthening our
community through healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility. Come see and
experience how we are helping people make positive change in their lives.
For Healthy Living
Join a GROUP EXERCISE class. We are planning a special extended schedule of some of our favorite
classes. (see back for class schedule)
Take on a new challenge in one of our WELLNESS PROGRAM DEMOS. Boot Camp, TRX, KettleX, and
Warrior Fit Challenge. (see back for schedule)
For Youth Development
OPEN SWIM is a prime opportunity for parents to engage and get active with their kids! Come
experience a special open swim with your family, 12-4:30pm.
CHILD WATCH is not a sideline sport at the Y. We are well aware of the potential impact we can have
on your kids in the time they spend with us. We focus on creating opportunities for physical activity,
learning, and creativity. Child Watch will be open and available for all, 8-4pm.
For Social Responsibility
Learn about how you can get involved in VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITES at the Y, serving through your
time, talent, and treasure.
If you are able, BRING A NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEM TO DONATE to a local food pantry. If you
make a donation, you will be entered in to a drawing to win a prize!

If you are serious about a healthy active lifestyle, why wait? If you decide to join the Y, we will waive
the Joiners Fee, a $50 value.

Wellness Program Demos
Wellness Program Demos will take place in the Functional Training Area on the 2nd level and start each hour,
on the hour. First demo starts at 9:00am. Last demo starts at 2:00pm.
Boot Camp Demos: 9:00am & 12:00pm
TRX / KettleX Demos:10:00am & 1:00pm
Warrior Fit Challenge Demos: 11:00am & 2:00pm
Open Swim
124:30pm in both the Recreational and Competitive Pools. Play basketball and volleyball in the Comp Pool!
Please know that we swim test and mark all swimmers 14 years and younger. You must pass the swim test to
be in the competitive pool. All youth 8 years old and younger must have direct in-water supervision.
Child Watch
8:00am4:00pm
Limit to 2 hours per day and parents must remain in the building.
