got ten lack rupees from the insurance company after the death of her husband. She
wants us to arrange the ceremony of Barat of her daughter held on 20

7:00PM. She came to us 5 Weeks before the wedding day. They give us a target of
200 people. Mrs. Ahmed wants us to organize the function in Johar Town. The
total budget she has allocated us is of Rs.10, 00,000. A 50% down payment will be
payee by the customer in cash 5 weeks before the wedding day. The remaining
payment will be taken on the function day.

Develop Time plan
To manage the project time efficiently, be clear about the time frame of
delivery at the outset so if the service provider is unable to provide the service due
to other reasons they can advice you immediately. The wedding planner must be
able to identify the resources, and estimate the duration, or number of work periods
needed to complete individual activities with the estimated time and resources. As
a wedding planner we organize the wedding under very strict time constraints.
Every wedding has a set date, and there is not much flexibility for the planner.

Develop Budget Plan
Always have an idea of budgets you want to play with; there is so much
variability in costs between different suppliers based on quality, standard of
service, the product and so on to help determine what level of supplier you bring

Develop Risk plan
It determines possible risks with the wedding, for example, related to venue,
weather, wedding party, food, entertainment, etc. However, all deliverables are
part of the risks for the wedding planner. For example, what if the caterers run out
of the food requested for the wedding? Wedding planners must prepare for
unfortunate and/or sudden changes in conditions. For example, if an outdoor
wedding is planned, a contingency plan for inclement weather must be developed.
The wedding planner must be prepared and have planned for anything to go wrong.
Risk management is an important part of managing projects and the wedding
planner must attempt to eliminate or minimize risks through careful planning.
