Novice Pizza Debate

This tournament is for Novice debaters in grades 7-9. This is an introductory tournament for brand
new debaters. The tournament will consist of two prepared rounds in Cross- Examination style and
one impromptu round (speaking times are listed below).

Registration Details:

When: Thursday October 16th, 2014
Where: West Point Grey Academy (Senior School)
Cost: $35 per team

Please complete the registration form below and send it to Lindsay Spencer. Schools may register
up to 4 teams; please reply no later than October 2nd, 2014. We can accommodate a maximum of
30 teams. Please note, at least one judge must accompany each of your teams registered.
Experienced grade 12 debaters are welcome to act as judges.

Prepared Motion: BIRT teachers should be paid according to the performance of their
students.
