I. TARGET: To build a fully furnished 6-span covered court at Solsona National High School,
Solsona, Ilocos Norte by the year 2019.

II. BRIEF BACKGROUND
Strengths:
Strong teacher and community linkages
Has cooperative PTA Officers
Accessible in networking

Weaknesses:
o Lack of fund
o Some parents are not supportive
o Deped Order No collection policy

Opportunities:
A better and comfortable learning center especially the Physical Education classes
Wider space in conducting school assemblies, meetings, conferences and programs
To strengthen and sustain partnerships among stakeholders for a collaborative support in
implementing DepEd thrusts and Programs towards the improvement of learning
outcomes
Threats:
Reorganization of officers
Increment weather

I therefore conclude that my proposal be SRONGLY accepted.

VI. RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that my proposal is accepted and my action plan be adopted.

It is a reality that public funds are never enough for public education; hence, DepEd needs the
support and cooperation of parents, community leaders, and stakeholders in responding to its resource
needs in order to achieve the goal of quality basic education.

Very certainly, DepEd welcomes contributions from parents, and other stakeholders. In fact, it
launched the Adopt-A-School Program, to generate resources for the construction of buildings, purchase
of textbooks, hiring of teachers, and other school-related concerns.

At present, the school canteen provides the biggest fund for the schools projects. Thus, it
needs a thorough supervision and maintenance. PTA can generate money through popularity contests
during foundation day and fiesta. Civic spirited citizens, alumni, balikbayans and other good samaritan
people can be tapped for
