The document is a plant and equipment noise measurement record form. It outlines the process for undertaking plant and equipment noise monitoring to confirm predicted noise impacts, in accordance with relevant standards. Noise monitoring sessions will be recorded on the form by environmental coordinators or managers. They will identify predicted noise levels, suitable monitoring locations, and conduct monitoring according to standards. Completed forms are delivered to document plant/equipment noise measurements.

The monitoring of the noise levels will be conducted in accordance with the relevant standard as defined in the Noise and Vibration Sub-Plan. Each noise monitoring session will be recorded on the Plant and Equipment Noise Measurement Record Form by the Environmental Coordinator, Acoustic Consultant or Environmental Manager. 2 Workflow Diagram
3 Process The Environmental Coordinator to identify the predicted noise levels and noise goals for the particular piece of equipment The Environmental Coordinator is to identify suitable monitoring location and conduct monitoring in accordance with the relevant standard. Refer to associated knowledge for guidance on how to perform the monitoring.
