Conditions: Minimum No. of Persons: 50 For Menu A and B, if venue is outside Ayala Alabang Village, Pacific Village, Alabang Hills and Hillsborough Village, minimun no. of Persons is 100. Catering below minimun no. of guest may still be accepted, but subject to additional charge. Venue must be available 4 hours before event to allow us time to set-up and to cook some dishes. On the Spot Cooking of Tempura and Sukiyaki using gas stove must be allowed in venue Service Time (excluding set-up time): 4 hours Loss, breakages or damage of/to wares, equipment of linen shall be charged to client.
Charges: 1. Beyond 4 hours service time, additional P500/hour shall be charged. 2. If venue is upper floor, there shall be an additional charge of P100.00 per crew floor if no elevator service for catering equipment, tables, etc. is available 3. All fees and charges for entry to subdivision or use of venue shall be for account of Client. 4. Plus 12% VAT for O.R. 5. No Service Charge 6. Payment: 50% down payment ten days before catering; Balance payable on date of the catering.
