Defining queue manager, channels and queues on MQ servers.

PRISMA , DBDC and MESSAGING Applications
PRISMA: Prisma is one of the systems used by Global Cash Management of Deutsche Bank. It
assists in Money transactions. It is a middleware that connects various Deutsche Bank front ends to the
back-end systems. It is a global application to facilitate the single point of access concept. Its task is to
integrate the variety of customer access systems and methods, and provide secure access to the vast
number of processing back-end applications. The key topics are authentication and authorization, data
transformation of the many customer and back-end formats, and most importantly value-added
services. The aim is to give the banks customers a comprehensive feedback and status of their
payments as fast as possible. It presently support domestic and international transactions in Germany,
Italy, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Austria, APAC countries, Ireland, US, Portugal, Poland, Finland and
Spain.
DBDC: db-direct connect is the global file transfer platform developed by Deutsche Bank that
provides capabilities for bi-directional transfer of data files from a customers host system to Deutsche
Banks processing systems and vice versa in a secure manner.
MESSAGING: Messaging is an application which uses middleware technology; it helps to
communicate with backend application by using Queue Manager, Messaging Queues and channels.
