Praise be to Allah, we seek His help and His forgiveness.

We seek refuge with Allah from the evil of our

own souls and from our bad deeds. Whomsoever Allah guides will never be led astray, and whomsoever
Allah leaves astray, no one can guide. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, the One, having no
partner. And I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

He is Allah , other than whom there is no deity, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. He is the
Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

He is Allah , other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of
Faith, the Overseer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever
they associate with Him.

He is Allah , the Creator, the Inventor, the Fashioner; to Him belong the best names. Whatever is in the
heavens and earth is exalting Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person, and from him He created his
wife, and from them both He created many men and women, and fear Allaah through Whom you
demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship) Surely, Allaah is Ever
an All-Watcher over you

O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allaah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth)

He will direct you to righteous deeds and will forgive you your sins. And whosoever obeys Allah and His
Messanger has indeed achieved a great ach

O you who believe! Fear Allaah as He should be feared, and die not except in a state of Islam

Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you, [O Muhammad], are not
[associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only [left] to Allah ; then He will inform them about
what they used to do.

Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you, [O Muhammad], are not
[associated] with them in anything.
-What a strong commandment? The prophet who was sent to deliver message, who devoted his life for
us, who is going to be the only one to intercede on the day of judgement..he is being told to stay away?

Synopsys: Life is created in unity, and religion is the prescribed way of life. All prophets came and
delivered the identical message, Believe in the message and the messenger, worship Allah and avoid
Shirk, believe in Dunya and Akhira, believe in yourself and rely on Allahs mercy, do good and forbid evil,
seek knowledge and follow with action, separate forefathers tradition from deen, have hope and have
fear, in possession of authority do justice. These things go hand in hand, you can not be a just authority
if you dont do justice, you can not just do good and ignore evil and vice verca. In short, you can not
leave one part of religion that suits to your circumstances and leave the other.

Over time, people deviated and deviated greatly among them. Quran says, from the Ahalal kitab one
section became obsessed with scholarly approach, and the other revealation became only for previliged
few..actions did not follow knowledge. Whereas for the other group, they were too concentrated on
spiritual being without knowledge. Muslims are supposed to be middle nation..balance

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu): "The Messenger of Allah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said:
'The Jews separated into 71 sects, and the Christians into 72, and my nation will divide into 73 sects.
Seventy-two (of the 73 sects of the Muslim nation) will be in the fire, and only one will be in Paradise;
it is the Jama'ah (i.e. Ahle Sunnah Wa Jamaah)." (Abi Dawud, Ad-Darimi, Ahmad)

Whoever comes [on the Day of Judgement] with the small good deed will have ten times the like thereof
[to his credit], and whoever comes with the evil deed will not be recompensed except the like thereof;
and they will not be wronged.

Now, 159
th
ayat said Prophet you are not from them..you have nothing to do, so which league does he
belong to?

Say, "Indeed, my Lord has guided me to a straight path - a correct religion - the way of Abraham,
inclining toward truth. And he was not among those who associated others with Allah ."

This ayat is testimony that principles remained same. Ibrahim As did not do Shirk, nor did other
prophets that came in his progeny. Few words about siratim musqim.. this is neither to left nor to the
right, neither does it prefer women nor men, neither govt. nor people, neither body nor soulit goes
straight through the middle thats why we are middle nation. Kiyaman

And by the way how do we step onto this path and became straight? hadani.. he swa didnt himself
jump into it..he was guided.

Now, Do you want to know what happens when you are guided..and how it is manifested in practice?

Say, "Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah , Lord of the worlds.
If you want to be guided this is the formula that we need to put in practice.
1. How the two ayats are connected? Ans. This ayats is detail how prophet swa is related to the
millat of Ibrahim a.
2. What is the lesson for us? Salah is daily activity..correct this correct that..then we know how to
lead life, how we set our goals, what to wear, what to speak, what to do, how do you set your
goals, how to get married, how to live married life, how to raise children, how to be dutiful to
your parents..
3. Where are we?having wealth is not evil, not all of us have same quality
4. My reflectionSalat is submission, a muslim is not just supposed to pray during prayer time but
he is supposed to be in submission other times as well..his humbleness, his attitude all should
reflect Salah..how can someone be arrogant and do injustice and then go back to salah..it does
not match withNow if your salah is right, and you are living the best way..what do achieve?
Mahaya..dunya.. And on the other sidewhen you sacrifice you give everything without
expecting return..when you die you dont return.. A believer believes that, and sets his life and
priorities accordingly..

Assalatu assalamuala ya ashrafi al alameen, afdalil al amen, ya akmalil alameen
Noblest, most preferred, most perfect

Blessings of Allah Almighty, of His Angels, of His Prophets, of His Messengers, and all Creation be upon
Muhammad and the family of Muhammad; may the Peace and Mercy of Allah Almighty and His Blessings
be upon upon him and upon them.
