WALKER UPDATE: RHP Taijuan Walker, who was pitching with the Surprise Saguaros in the Arizona Fall League, has returned to his home in Southern California. He went 0-0 with a 2.00 ERA (2 ER, 9.0 IP) in 2 starts with the Saguaros. He limited opponents to a .206 (7x34) average, while walking 2 and striking out 11. Walker recorded a no-decision in Saguaros 4-7 vs. the Salt River Rafters on Oct. 13. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits with 2 walks and 6 strikeouts in 5.0 innings. He left the game with a 4-1 lead, but the bullpen allowed 6 runs in the 7th inning in the loss. In his first start on Oct. 7, Walker recorded a no decision in the Saguaros 4-5 loss to Peoria. He allowed a run in the first inning, but tossed 3.0 scoreless frames before leaving the game with a 3-1 lead.
