I undersigned initially appointed as Lab Technician Gr.II in the pay scale of Rs.1010-
1800(RPS-1986) vide reference cited for which the District Employment Exchange
sponsored my name for the post of Lab Technician Gr.II as per the requisition of the O/O.
The DIMS duly conducting interview and verification of certificate.

Subsequently on the pretext that the Technical Qualification acquired by the through
intermediate vocational certificate course of the Medical Lab Technician in-service
candidate of Government Medical College and Issued modified of Lab Technician Gr.II of
Rs.1010 1800 w.e.f 27.05.2001 vide order Rc.No.145/E2C/2002, Dated 06.04.2002

In this regard I put forth the following for your kind perusal.

As per para 2 (ii) G.O.Ms.No.243, HM& FW (K2) Dept., dated : 11.04.1990 and para
2 (ii) of G.O.Ms.No. 381. HM& FW (K2) Dept., dated : 10.06.1991. of a candidate with a
certificate of certified Lab Technician is not available, a candidate with a certificate of
certified Lab Assistant / Attendant may be the probation Hence, I am eligible for
appointment as Lab Technician Gr.II but not for the post of Lab attendant.


Further, we bring to your kind notice that Mr. Mosin Ali, Smt. Geetha and Mr.Malla
Reddy though appointed in different years with the same qualification (Vocational Medical
Laboratory Assistant Course but they are not reverted like me but they are enjoying the
Technician Pay Scale from the date of their appointment.

In view of the above I once again request you kindly to look onto the matter and
consider sympathetically keeping inview the para 3&4 and issue favorable orders as Lab
Technician Gr.II from the initial appointment as we discharging duties of Lab Technician,

Early order are solicitated.
