The journey to UPES SPE Fest 2015 has begun with a lot of zeal, dreams and hope. Team Fest15
invites you to be a part of the one & only Petroleum Engineering & Earth Science Festival on an
international level. Invites are open for the post of Campus Ambassador, Fest15. The fest has scaled
newer heights over the years and now we are calling enthusiasts to help grow its reach.


SCOPE

Campus Ambassador Program is aimed at maintaining cordial relationship with representatives in
student communities of different colleges to disseminate and gather the informational benefits from
respective colleges and leverage the tasks to the associated Ambassadors for publicizing the UPES
SPE Fest15.


FUNCTIONS OF THE CAMPUS AMBASSADORS

Help us spread the word. Reach out to your college students, answer their queries regarding
the events and spread out UPES SPE Fest15 news, updates and videos.
Help extensively in the publicity of Fest15 in your college campus.
Promote the fest online via facebook & other social media.
Publicize the fest as much as you can through posters, pamphlets etc.
Get registrations for various events of Fest15 from your college.
Conduct pre fest activities in your campus in order to cultivate interest among students
(Sponsored by UPES SPE Student Chapter as a part of publicity campaign.)


REQUIREMENTS FOR BEING A CAMPUS AMBASSADOR

The skills required are as listed:

Good communication skills
Good social circle
Spirit of volunteering
Promptness in response to mails/calls
Inquisitiveness regarding events

SELECTION CRITERIA

The Students from respective colleges will be selected as Campus Ambassadors based on their work
experience in various Student Organizations of their college. A telephonic interview of the
shortlisted candidates would be done before finalizing the ambassador. There will be only one
Campus Ambassador for a particular college.

REWARDS FOR THE PROGRAM

Campus Ambassadors would be rewarded as mentioned in the Reward Scheme part of this
document based on the number of students registered.
Campus Ambassadors will also be rewarded with certificates from UPES SPE SC.
Outstanding support by a student ambassador to UPES SPE SC will lead to zero expense
travelling (to and fro at the time of the fest) and a chance to work with team conducting the
events during the fest.
It will be the winning institution's student ambassador who gets to lift the Championship
Trophy for his/her college at the end of the fest.

For purposes of online registrations, those Campus Ambassadors who able to attract maximum number of
entries will be rewarded accordingly.
