Executive Summary

This report discussed on Compliances of industrial law in the industrial
sector. A group of students of Dept. of Management, University of
Dhaka, has completed this report tactfully.

Here are discussed about the implementation of provision regarding
health and hygiene, safety and welfare. We went to Creative Sweater
ltd , talk with GM and workers of the garments and try to find out the
real scenario.

In this study we try to focus the compliances of industrial law through a
survey in Creative Sweater ltd. We also try our level best to discuss the
Bangladesh perspectives.

It is true that we are not properly making this report .Though our
inability; we try hard to make our report both informative and qualitative.

We will be successful when it will be effective.
