The defendant is accused ofthe violation of conditions of parole established under Sections 908.1 and
908.2, Code of lowa, to wit:
- 401. I shall participate in a sex offender or mental health counseling program as directed by my
supervising officer.
2/14/2012 6:14:00 PM Brett Pryor in office to speak with PO Barton - he admitted that he has
viewed two pornographic images on his phone within the last two to three weeks, one was unintentional and
admitted to masturbating to the image and the second time he sought out a pornographic image to view.
- 401. I shall participate in a sex offender or mental health counseling program as directed by my
supervising officer.
3/6/2012 9:30:00 AM On March 6, 2012, Brett Pryor admitted to viewing pornographic images
through the internet on his cell phone, pornographic magazines and pornographic videos.

11/10/2012 10:36:00 AM On December 10, 2012 Brett Pryor admitted to PPO Barton that on or
about November 10 or November 17, 2012 he entered a strip club in violation of his sex offender conditions.

12/10/2012 10:38:00 AM On December 10, 2012 Brett Pryor admitted to PPO Barton he accessed
the internet using his cell phone in order to view pornographic videos in violation of his sex offender

4/15/2014 11:00:00 AM On April 15, 2014 Brett Pryor admitted to PPO Barton that he used his cell
phone to access the internet and view pornographic websites during the months of November and
December 2013.

to alcohol monitoring tests when directed by my supervising officer.

Storm Lake, lowa.

associate with drug users or sellers while on parole and shall avoid places where drugs are sold.

Department for Possession with Intent to Deliver Acid, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana and

Complaint has been filed with the court charging Brett Edward Pryor with the offense of Parole Violation,
Chapter 908.1 and 908.2.
