JOB PROFILE

I am involved in the operation of Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE)

&High density polyethylene(HDPE) plant in all three rotating shift since a 1 years of
Reliance petrochemicals Industries Limited, Maharastra Gas Cracker Complex,
Nagothane. m/s Stone and Webster Engineering Company. USA licenses this plant. This
plant is the first Gas cracker plant in India. The capacity of the plant is 80000 MT per
Annum of LLDPE and 120000 MT per Annum of HDPE . The plant is being controlled
by TDC-3000 DCS System, which is programmed by Yamatake-Honeywell. The five
plants in RIL, MGCC, Nagothane achieved ISO-14001 Certificate and recently RIL
achieved five star audit of British Safety council.

I had worked into annual shutdown of the plant. I worked in plant start up and
shut down as well as in plant emergency many times. I have full-fledged knowledge of
multi stage compressor, pumps, heat exchangers & reactor
