The Research problem
The various factors that affect the growth strategy of Dominos are
1) Supply Chain Management-It is the management of the flow of the goods and includes the
movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory and finished goods from
the point of origin to the point of consumption.
2) Facilitating goods- Facilitating goods such as product or other tangible features are part of
the service. It is the material consumed by the buyer or items provided by the consumer.
Inventory management is the basic thing which needs to be taken care of while designing
facilitating goods.
3) Supporting facility-The physical resources that must be in place before a service can be
sold.
4) Explicit services- Explicit services are those services which are readily observable by the
customer senses. They contain the essential features of the service and create an impact on
the service perception of the customers.
