Fear Removal - Ahamkara Mudra
How to do :- Bend index fingers slightly and put the upper phalanx of the thumb to the side of
the middle phalanx of the index finger, at the upper part. Other fingers are straight
Pose :- keep arms & spine erect. Hands can rest on thighs, chair handles, table, bed
Exhale more than inhaling. Can be done sitting or lying down. Concentrate on heart.
Visualize that all your fears are going out with the exhalation of breath
Remarks :- based on correcting the imbalance of 5 elements which constitute the body.
drink more water when regularly doing it.
In case of less results, simply increase the pressure. That is all.
