10u Division Travel Baseball Team Downriver Area

Dear Merchant,

The bearer of this letter is authorized to represent the Michigan Wildcats 10u travel baseball team in soliciting
donations for our 2012 season.

We are a youth travel baseball organization comprised of players from the Downriver area. We will attend
competitive tournaments in the southeastern Michigan area during our 2012 season. Our primary goal is to
build character in our players through the great sport of Baseball and to provide the players with a foundation to
build on to one day compete at the High School level and for College scholarships.

Baseball is a costly sport. In a regular season, one travel baseball team will spend between $8,000 - $9,000 not
including uniforms or travel costs. We are looking for sponsorship to help defray the costs associated with
providing these young ball players a chance to play competitive baseball. Your sponsorship will provide a great
way for your company to advertise in addition to helping our baseball program; we will include your name
and/or logo on our team banner that we display at all events.

Your donation helps provide insurance, umpires, safety supplies, team supplies, and training, tournament and
league registration costs. In return, we will encourage our families and friends to patronize your business.
