IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS FOR BOOKING AND REGULATION
1. How to book
A. All bookings are to be made with the International All-American Basketball Camp.
All campers must be responsable for there full cancellation cost once registration
confirmation has taken place.
B. No contract exists until IAABBC (International All American Basketball Camp) has
received a signed booking form and the required full payment for the camp at
registration.
C. The person signing the booking form warrants to IAABBC that he or she has the
authority of each party camper (and when a party camper is less than 18 years old, the
authority of a parent or legal guardian) to contract with IAABBC on behalf of each such
member on the basis of these conditions and have agreed to be bound by them.
3. Responsibilities of parents
Parents or guardians accept full financial responsibility for anyone they register in the
IAABBC (children or adults) for the following reasons:
A. Damage caused, whether wilful or not, to facilities, equipment, clothing or anything
else belonging to or leased by the IAABBC.
B. Repatriation expenses for any person having to be sent home or to a designated
place, due to illness, accident, misbehaviour or any other reason deemed valid by the
IAABBC.
C. Any pocket money or anything of a personal nature made on behalf of the child for
anything not expressly included in the camp package.
D. Rental or purchase of any equipment deemed essential for a child to enjoy his/her
camp due to their own equipment being unfit, unsafe or missing.
4. Childrens behaviour
Children, while under the full supervision of the IAABBC, are expected to comply with
all IAABBC rules and regulations. IAABBC reserves the right, during their stay at the
camp, to send any child home or to his/her parents, if in the opinion of IAABBC, the
child is incompatible with the general well-being of the camp through his/her
negligence of said rules and regulations.
7. Escort service
This service is for campers travelling independently and not using IAABBC special
transportation arrangements. This service will provide an IAABBC representative to
meet incoming children and transport them to and from camp. These costs apply only
for children arriving early or late, a supplement of CHF 30. Per family, round trip, will
be charged for all locations.
8. Laundry service
For campers wishing to have their laundry done during a camp session: Fees are CHF
25.00 for each child (obligatory if the camper stays for more than one week session).
9. Extra night
Children needing to arrive early or stay longer than the normal dates of any camp
session may do so. Cost is CHF 75. Per child per day-meals included. See item 8
regarding costs for early or late arrival. (+CHF 30. special escort service).
