Market Status of Pakistan

With the global energy crisis showing its worst form in the subcontinent, the dilemma of energy crisis in
Pakistan has its unique characteristics. On one hand the available resources of power generation are
sufficient to cater for the electricity demand but on the other the cost of electricity production and
balance of payment on the part of government has kept millions in long blackouts. The ugliest facet of
the issue is that not only the people are deprived of electricity but at the same time they are paying
much high per unit cost of electricity. The whole economy has become hostage to power outages which
has deteriorated the natural growth of economy.


Why in Pakistan?

Along with many other issues linked with energy crisis, the issues of power wastage, line losses, affluent
and uneconomical power usage are the important ones that have made the issue more complex. The
main aim of EXXSN Limited in Pakistan is to provide the people easy access to the new technologies that
have paradigm shift in the electricity consumption throughout the globe and gave the people much
room to contribute in energy conservation and power storage. The company understands that it is only
through efficient electricity usage that we can withstand the pressures of power outages. The energy
crises in cities and villages have forced the inhabitants to conserve energy and utilize stored electricity
through Urgent Power Supply systems. But the long outages hours have made their utility futile.
With the alternate power supply systems available in the form of solar, wind and biogas energy are not
economical for household usage in Pakistan, the only way out is to rationalize the electricity
consumption and to bring the per unit consumption within affordable bracket for a common man.
Our new product i.e. LED lights ranging from cob light through panels to spot lights provides the solution
to the very problem of power consumption. Minimizing electricity consumption to the best possible
level along with reducing electricity cost is only possible through LED lights. The diversity of our products
makes possible for us to meet the market demands in all categories of lights. LEDs present many
advantages over incandescent light sources including lower energy consumption, longer lifetime,
improved physical robustness, smaller size, and faster switching.
