Creation of a Global Solutions Division
1- Software
This practice will be in charge of our global Management
Software, that is not tied either to a specific hardware
platform or to a specific segment application:
1. Operational Intelligence, i.e. predictive modeling (such as
SolveIT)
2. Operation Management, i.e. Manufacturing Execution System
(such as Ampla) and Asset Management
3. Supervision & Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA),
4. Connectivity infrastructure, i.e. Remote Service Platform (RSP)
The software that is tied to specific hardware platforms (such as
PlantstruXure in Industry, sub-station automation in Energy, BMS in
Buildings and DCIM in ITB) will remain in its Business of origin
The software that is tied to specific segment applications (such as Oil &
Gas Pipeline Management) remain with the corresponding Segment.

2- Cloud Services

This practice will gather all the Software as a Service
(SaaS) subscription-based businesses from Smart
Infrastructure including:
DTN
GIS (Geo-spatial Information Systems).

3- Professional Services

Professional Services becomes Energy & Sustainability
Services and will be structured in 2 Lines of Service:
Software and Managed Services a fully global line of service,
Energy Efficiency & Performance Contracting Projects - more
local and operated in a few regional hubs, either verticalized or
delegated.

4- Segments
This practice focuses on 6 end-user segments: Waste
Water, Mining & Minerals, Food & Bev, Oil & Gas,
Transportation, Smart City
Each segment gathers its solution VPs, segment specific software,
StruXure Labs and Application Centers.
Each segment is directly in charge of Global Accounts and supports
countries for their National Accounts.
Note: 4 segments remain directly attached to a Business
(due to their strict adherence with those Businesses): :
the Electrical Utilities segment which will be transferred from Smart
Infrastructure to Energy,
the OEM, Data Center and Healthcare segments which will remain
with Industry, ITB and Buildings respectively.

5- Project Execution Transformation

A Global Project Execution Transformation team will
engage with our network of Project Execution Centers
across the globe and drive our journey towards best in
class project execution.


6- Field Services Transformation

The Field Service Transformation Team led by Alain de
Lambilly will report into the Global Solution Division.

Transfer of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to Global Solutions Division
Global Marketing, Digital Customer Experience, IPO
Transfer of the Web Design team (led by Dave Young) and the Partner
Relationship Management (PRM) Project team (led by Lori Barrington) to
Digital Customer Experience team led by Chris Leong.
Transfer of the Web Execution team (led by Michel Farastier) to IPO and
report to Herve Coureil.

Strategy
The CTO Function (led by Pascal Brosset) is transferred to Strategy.
The Smart City team (led by Charbel Aoun) is transferred from Strategy to
