Workout 101: If you are new to the gym or just need a refresher on how to get the most out
of your workout. A certified personal trainer will explain different exercise programs,
introduce equipment, and discuss the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

TRX: Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength,
balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension
Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body
weight to complete 100s of exercises.

RIPPED: Experience this total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing
resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power,
Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain
your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

Zumba: an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin
American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
Instructors: Jerae

Yoga: an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and
spirit. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible; it also improves the functioning
of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional
stability and clarity of mind.
