Expressing your opinion Clarifying your opinion Agreeing
Im a huge fan of the idea. I dont know where I stand, really. I cant pass judgement. I dont know enough about it. I just have some slight reservations. I have some major doubts about it. Its not without problems, but on the whole I like it. What Im basically saying is that ... What I mean is The point Im trying to get across is that The point Im trying to make is that ...
Id go along with that. I couldnt agree more. Thats exactly what I was trying to get at. Thats precisely what I mean. Absolutely. Expressing interest & surprise Asking about the other persons opinion Disagreeing How on earth could you do that? That I cant believe! For real? What are your views on? Where do you stand? What is your stance on? Im not sure about that. Isnt that a bit of an exaggeration? I wouldnt go that far. Isnt that a bit over the top? Well, thats one way of looking at things. I dont really see it like that myself.
Giving you time to think
I hadnt actually thought about that before. Im glad you ask me that. Thats an interesting question to consider.
